1. Coffee–Free Day

3. 15 Minutes Walk

Exercise is fundamental to mood. If 30 minutes run everyday is too much for your schedule then a 15 minutes through the neighborhood help releases endorphins, feel good and happy hormone, to the brain.

4. Open the Curtains Halfway

Go to sleep with the curtains halfway open to allow natural light shine in and that will prompt signals to your brain that it’s time to wake up by decreasing melatonin production and increase adrenaline.

5. Sugar

6. Stretch Out
